Some things I’m not sure are clear in the translation:

The “goal in” thing is basically a colloquialism for “marriage”, but those are her exact words. I guess you can also say it’d be a “score” for her, but since she is basically saying it in English, I stuck with that.

When M. Sonic says “I get how you feel” to C. Sonic, he is referring to understanding his younger self’s fear of Amy, as he has the same feelings toward her on most occasions.
