have you tried taking melatonin? it’s actually a vitamin and it helps with sleep. i used to take it a while and it helped with me most of the time.

I’ve been considering it and a manager of mine says it helps him, too, so I was checking it out… (Working at Walgreens gives me time to stare at pills all day dhgvjksd)

I just.. idk. I don’t like that feeling those kind of pills give me.

  1. jynweythekylow said: it’s not bad like sleeping pills though and in fact is pretty healthy for you. there’s either that or taking both non-prescript sleeping pills and prescript which can get addictive and your body can get used to them if used frequently. you need sleep
